Through her company the Human Quality Headquarters, she \\\'speaks\\\' to people at their fundamental level: their point of motivation, and addresses purpose, goals and desires, in relation to results and performance in their environment. Sherrilene has worked successfully developing people in her native Barbados and internationally, in corporate, state, religious and academic (educational) settings. She has offered her Human Quality perspectives on invitation in Finland, Canada, the U.K. and Kenya. These Perspectives range from Economic planning and Human Resource Optimisation to Transcending Culture to achieve Excellence. She has travelled widely and engages with thought leaders from across the globe to develop systems to support people optimally. Sherrilene is an Advocate for Quality of Life and Economic Sustainability and makes these the benchmarks of her consultations. She is a Fellow of the World Entrepreneur Society and an Ambassador for World Leadership Day. Sherrilene will speak to groups or work with people individually to elaborate vision and to help craft out optimal courses of action, practically and realistically, based on present and future circumstances.
